Raphael rowe

OBJECTIVE:

Create a personal brand and social media strategy for Raphael Rowe, an award-winning British journalist and host of the Netflix series ‘Inside the World’s Toughest Prisons’. Rowe spent 12 years wrongly imprisoned in the UK and was later acquitted on all charges. Today, Raphael Rowe is a respected international journalist and media celebrity focusing on social and criminal justice. Project’s mission was to build new personalized branding and focus on social media strategies.

SOLUTION:

Development of personal branding included logo, content treatment, animated signature, and sound effects. Created a series of Insta-Stories that profile Rowe in his own words. Using existing interview footage, A Plus designed a series of bold and engaging Q & A stories to expand awareness of this brave, tenacious, committed journalist and advocate for social justice. New branding has reinforced Raphael Rowe’s reputation as a preeminent figure in the criminal justice space. Rowe continues his fight because, as he puts it, “People need to see what justice, injustice and reform look like around the world.” Currently, Raphael Rowe still travels the world for the Netflix series and hosts a podcast called ‘Second Chance’. His autobiography, Notorious, was published in December of 2020.
